Description
Fundador Solera was the first Spanish brandy, born by chance in 1874. Aged in the traditional Criaderas and Solera system, it has a characteristic aroma of oak wood and a persistent flavor. Fundador is the market-leading Spanish grape brandy. Made using Airen and Palomino grapes, Fundador (literally ‘Founder’) was the first brand marketed as a ‘Brandy de Jerez’ and is aged in a sherry-soaked Solera.
